AAL assists institutional leaders with the evaluation, update, and improvement their curriculum. Our consultants have decades of hands-on experience in curriculum development and have implemented new curricula in universities around the world under a variety of accreditation strictures.

AAL offers all facets of service to institutions creating new colleges or schools or augmenting existing programs. From feasibility studies and initial application for accreditation to public relations and recruitment of key academic staff and faculty, AAL’s services are provided by senior consultants with real-life experience as administrators and advisors.

AAL's coaching services are focused on understanding and using key strengths in ourselves and others. Our coaching strategies are sensitive to the contexts and problems of complex health science organizations and their multiple constituencies.

AAL builds research capacity in an institution by conducting grant writing, scientific writing, and research methods workshops for faculty groups, providing consultation to mentor faculty teams who are developing funding proposals, and assisting institutions in developing scholarship infrastructure.
