Even if you count yourself as successful in some parts of your professional and personal life, there are other aspects where you still want to achieve fulfillment. Unless you know where you are going, you won’t know how to get there or when you have arrived. The goal of this workshop is to guide each participant in the creation of an individualized strategic plan, including a vision statement, professional and personal goals, and an action plan. Much more than a career planning workshop, this program’s aim is to give participants the tools to achieve fulfillment both within their careers and outside of work. |

Administrative leaders learn the tools for effective academic management, team performance, and interpersonal relations, and experience personal development through assessment tools and one-on-one coaching with a CAAMP instructor. CAAMP will give participants the skills and confidence of an inspiring leader. VIEW PROGRAM DETAILSREQUEST INFO |
