The ITL will be held at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry.

Phase I: August 16-19, 2012

Phase II: October 26-28, 2012 - NEW DATES

The tuition for the ITL is $4,950. This fee includes:

• Over 50 hours of intensive learning in two phases (6.5 total days of training):
