Course DescriptionGenerative Pre-trained Transformers (GPTs) or agents are at the forefront of current AI advancements, offering immense potential for Academic Leaders to elevate their work. This course guides Academic Leaders in building their own GPTs or agents, with an eye towards how they can use these to support teaching and school administration. The course begins with the basics, including how to create effective prompts and incorporate relevant materials to build greater context for the GPT or agent to draw upon for users interacting with the finished project. Participants will explore various use cases, such as creating specialized virtual assistants, enhancing educational offerings, and automating repetitive tasks. The course includes practical examples of how Academic Leaders can leverage GPTs or agents for school administration purposes, such as streamlining communication, improving data management, and supporting decision-making processes. By the end of this course, participants will not only have the skills and knowledge to harness the power of custom GPTs but will have crafted their own GPT or agent too. |
