Collaborate, Reflect, and Grow: A Day Built for Academic Leaders

Our Regional Forums return in 2026 with a full day designed specifically for the work and leadership challenges Academic Leaders face every day. This year’s Forums will focus on two timely leadership themes:

  • GenAI without the Hype: Smart, Safe, and Useful Ways to Incorporate GenAI into Your Work
Roll up your sleeves for a session of hands-on practice that explores how Generative AI can deepen your impact as an academic leader.

  • Leading in the Gray: Priorities, Tensions, Imperfect Choices
How leadership evolves as roles grow more senior—shifting from finding the “right” answer to navigating trade-offs, competing priorities, and imperfect options

Through conversation, shared case studies, and practical frameworks, participants will expand their leadership toolkit and leave with ideas they can put to use right away. There is no cost for attendance, and schools are encouraged to send a small team of 2–3 Academic Leaders for a shared learning experience.
