Join fellow Academic Leaders at the Houston Regional Forum, a day designed to spark learning, collaboration, and practical strategies you can bring back to your school community.

This Forum features two sessions:

  • Generative AI for Academic Leaders – Explore how AI can streamline administrative tasks, support faculty development, and enhance strategic planning.

  • The Power of Question-Asking – Strengthen a vital leadership skill that fosters meaningful conversations and supports effective decision-making.

Beyond the sessions, the Forum provides time to share ideas, build relationships, and discover mission-aligned strategies to help your school thrive.

Each school is encouraged to send a team of 2–3 Academic Leaders to maximize shared learning and strengthen collaboration. Schools must be members of the Association for Academic Leaders or ISAS to attend.

Our Regional Forums are designed to provide Academic Leaders a day to learn, reflect, and strategize around the top issues facing schools today. This year, we will explore how Academic Leaders can employ generative AI in their work and how strategic questioning can strengthen your leadership. Each session will provide actionable takeaways that you can bring back to your school community.

There will also be time for networking and connecting with other Academic Leaders, learning about key initiatives underway at the host school, and exploring each host school’s community.
